• Who is my market? And how large is it?
  Answer: 595,800 establishments make up the healthcare industry; they vary greatly in terms of size, staffing patterns, and organizational structures. About 76 percent of healthcare establishments are offices of physicians, dentists, or other health practitioners. Although hospitals constitute only 1 percent of all healthcare establishments, they employ 35 percent of all workers.
• What is the market mix?
  Answer: Hospitals; nursing and residential care facilities; offices of physicians; offices of dentists; home healthcare services; offices of other health practitioners (optometrists, podiatrists, occupational, physical therapists, etc.); and ambulatory healthcare services.
• What is the compensation or split?
  Answer: Medical Placements will pay you 40% of the gross collected commissions on placed candidates. Since you are a "1099" Independent Contractor status, you are paid in gross and are responsible for proper tax payments- state, local, and federal. For example, the average account pays $24,000 gross on a physician placed; therefore we would distribute $9,600 to you.
• Does Medical Placements also do "locum tenens" or contract placements?
  Answer: At this time Medical Placements primarily places full-time medical & healthcare candidates, not locum tenens.
• Can I work from home?
  Answer: Of course!
• What is the minimum experience & competence level required by Medical Placements?
  Answer: It is recommended you have at least an extensive history in sales, if not recruiting.
• What geographical markets are available to a recruiter?
  Answer: Locations are available throughout the U.S. and Canadian territories and are based on market population & size.
